Obituary:
Mary Katherine (Hontz) Worthington, 93, passed peacefully in her sleep on June 22, 2012 at the Presbyterian Manor in Kansas City, Kansas. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Dorsey, grandchildren, Michael Emery and Karen Khar and five great-grandchildren. She was born in the Argentine area of Kansas City, Kansas and married Everett Worthington in her home. They lived in a small house her father built them before moving to other areas of Kansas City. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She gave generously to her family and to her church. She lived throughout her long live with grace and a strong belief in God. She will be missed

We met Brother Everett and Sister Worthington many years ago at the old Full Faith location. They were such a sweet couple, always smiling and full of joy. We can be sure they are together again in heaven enjoying the presence of their Lord and Savior. Even still, we know you miss them and are praying for God's comfort for your family
