Jo Marsue Germann of Mount Vernon, Texas passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at 70 years of age. She was born in Emporia, Kansas on December 23, 1947 the daughter of Kenneth and Fern (Dickason) Fullen.

Marsue was a member of the First Christian Church of Emporia, Kansas; she also served as the President of the Camp County Classic Car Club and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 243. Jo loved antiques especially the 57 Chevy 2 door hardtop. She enjoyed a good cold Pepsi Cola, and is said to have Pepsi in her veins.

She leaves her husband of 51 years, William “Bill” Germann of Mount Vernon, Texas; their children, Kenneth Germann of Austin, Texas, William J. “BJ” and his wife Lisa Germann of Olathe, Kansas, Sundai Foltz of Mount Vernon, Texas, and Terra and her husband Ed Fritz of Olathe, Kansas; her grandchildren, Tyler Germann, Kaleb Miller, Haley Miller, Cory Germann, Tori Meraz, Calli Foltz, Sidney Tobin, Jillian Tobin, Jesse Fritz and Ben Fritz; 3 great grandchildren, Naomi, Anthony and JoAnna; a brother, Terry Fullen of Emporia, Kansas; and two sisters, Sherry and her husband Bob Moore of Olpe, Kansas and LeAnne Facklam of Mount Vernon, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donnie Fullen.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in the Chapel at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home with David Allen officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday at Maplewood Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Emporia, Kansas.

    Bill, I am so sorry to hear of Marsues passing! I'm sorry I didn't read this sooner so I could have
    been at the graveside service!! My thoughts and prayers for God to give and your family the strength
    to go through the future. We just never know what the future holds.
    I just recent lost my younger brother Bob two months ago, so I do understand your loss!!!

    Bill & family, we are so sorry to hear of Marsue's death. We loved her free spirit. We won't be able to be at her graveside service in body but we will be there with you and your family in spirit. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. We love you, Jeanette and Steve.
